Grand Pineapple Beach Antigua Review:

A budget all inclusive resort offered by the company that operates the Sandals and Beaches resorts. While the beach is wonderful, the resort itself lives up to its budget reputation.  Sandals has been upgrading the resort since they purchased it in 2008, but they still have a ways to go.  The oceanview and beachfront rooms were the first to get renovated.

There are a lot of mosquitoes at this resort.  You will want to take some bug spray with you.  Avoid the wicker chairs in the beachside bar since that is where many of the mosquitoes hang out or live.  Not sure if it is due to the mosquitoes, but there are a lot of birds that congregate around this resort.

There is a trade-off with the oceanview rooms.  The view is wonderful, but the noise at night can get annoying.  If you like to go to bed early, you might want to opt for a gardenview room.
